The enterprise is located in Lingang Industrial Park, Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone, with a registered capital of 600 million yuan. The first phase of the food and kitchen waste treatment project is a project that the country requires pilot cities to operate in 2015. In 2016, it passed the national acceptance of pilot city projects and became the only prefecture level city to pass the national acceptance.

The project with an annual output of 200000 tons of biodiesel is a key green environmental protection, circular economy, and renewable energy project supported by the National Development and Reform Commission. The project uses gutter oil and animal and plant waste oil as raw materials to produce biodiesel. In 2008, it was listed by the National Development and Reform Commission as one of the top ten key energy-saving projects and an investment project within the central budget. The first phase of the 50000 ton annual production of biodiesel project was officially put into operation in October 2010, making it the first enterprise in China to produce biodiesel blended fuel oil. In 2012, Weifang City earned the first batch of national pilot cities for the resource utilization of kitchen waste based on this project. In accordance with the requirements of the "Pilot City Implementation Plan" approved by the state and the "BOO Franchise Agreement" signed between the municipal government and enterprises, the enterprise has also invested in upgrading, renovating, and expanding the project. The process technology is leading domestically, and the main product biodiesel meets national standards. In 2021, with the construction of the second phase of the kitchen project and subsequent technological upgrades, the process technology is internationally leading, and biodiesel meets European standards. Biodiesel is a renewable and clean energy that is being vigorously promoted around the world. The international market has a huge gap, far exceeding supply.
